Naren Dhamodharan founded NDA in 2004 to provide housing consulting services for the creation and preservation of housing for seniors. In order to meet the growing financing needs of many clients, Hampden Park Capital & Consulting was founded and replaced NDA in 2013.

Hampden Park Capital & Consulting is able to offer clients a seamless and unique transition from the housing consulting services to the FHA/USDA insured mortgage banking services. This means Hampden Park Capital & Consulting can be a “one stop shop” to service the needs of most of our clients.

Hampden Park Capital & Consulting has been involved in the refinance/preservation of over 50 elderly housing properties and has preserved nearly 2,500 units of housing for seniors. The company has extensive experience in everything from 223(f), Assisted Living Conversion Programs (ALCP), Green Retrofit Program for Multifamily Housing (GRP), to HUD’s Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly and HUD’s Section 811 Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities to Rental Assistance, HUD’s Service Coordinators in Multifamily Housing and HUD’s Tenant-Protection Vouchers for Certain At-Risk-Households in Low-Vacancy Areas (need to be expanded upon….)
