Brian Reilly

Brian Reilly is a ten-year veteran of the affordable housing industry. Prior to joining HPCC, Brian served as Development Director at Volunteers of America National Services where he managed the development pipeline in the Colorado market. He was responsible for new construction and preservation transactions with multiple funding sources including Low Income Housing Tax Credits, conventional debt, equity, gap financing, and grants. Before his role with VOA, Brian worked as Development Specialist and Development Coordinator for National Affordable Housing Trust, providing predevelopment consulting services in states across the US. Brian earned a bachelor's degree in Social Policy from Northwestern University.
