Armine Marashian
Armine has over 10 years of experience in the multifamily affordable housing industry where she has held various roles in the policy, finance, and development spaces within both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining HPCC, Armine was the Executive Director of Inclusionary Housing for New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development where she was tasked with managing and creating programs and negotiating and closing large-scale multifamily real estate projects to further the City’s affordable housing production and policy goals. Armine has held diverse roles at the Federal government while at her time at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) which included overseeing the multifamily FHA underwriting process on the development side, and managing a portfolio of HUD’s most troubled assets and developing repositioning strategies within the Asset Management division. Armine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration.
